Get Weaving!

OK, so I spin, I knit, I crochet.  What next? Weaving has always been on my ‘To Do’ list.  Earlier in the year, a lovely friend of mine offered to lend me her loom which she had never used.   As I was preparing my garden for the Parish Open Gardens event at the time (maybe the subject of another blog post? Don’t hold your breath), I said I would love to borrow it, but not until later in the year.

Now, it is ‘later in the year’ and I took custody of the loom yesterday evening.  It is still in its original packaging, with the packing ties in place.  So I have the task of building the loom.  Someone else’s expensive loom.  Without messing it up.  No pressure.
